Specific Data Analyst Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Analyst at Bose Edutech in Birmingham, with flexibility for remote work. The Data Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as analyzing data, creating data models, and communicating insights to various stakeholders. The role involves utilizing analytical skills, data analytics, statistics, and data modeling on a day-to-day basis.

Data Modeling expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities:
Assists in database design and creation and amends existing databases
Tests databases and writes user guides for their operation
Administers, monitors and supports databases and website content
Extracts data and assists others in the use of the database
Writes and publishes content and monitors and maintains the functionality of websites
Trains colleagues in the use of databases and websites
Proofreads social media content and checks the content of videos before publication on websites

Qualifications:
Educational Background: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in data analysis or data science (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) can be advantageous.
