* Apply coats of plaster or stucco to walls, ceilings, or partitions for repair and new construction projects.
* Mix plaster to desired consistency.
* Apply and smooth coats of plaster using trowels, floats, and brushes.
* Install guide wires on exterior surfaces to indicate thickness of plaster or stucco and to serve as guides when applying coats.
* Finish corners and angles and create decorative textures in finish coat.
* Repair and restore plaster and stucco on existing structures.
* Work with other construction professionals such as electricians and plumbers to complete projects.
* Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Plasterer.
* Extensive knowledge of plastering techniques and methods of application.
* Proficient in using plastering tools and equipment.
* Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
* Excellent physical stamina and strength.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Relevant certification or diploma in plastering or related field is a plus.Eligibility:
