Job Title: Brand Strategist
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Summary
The Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies for client projects. This includes conducting research, crafting brand strategies, and providing direction for creative teams. This hybrid role allows for flexibility, with some work from home options available.
Responsibilities
- Gather data/ feedback and analyze consumer behavior to define brands positioning
- Building foundational brands and product strategy documents
- Craft out differentiation strategy
- Create guidelines that define brand’s voice both online and offline (including terminology and slogans)
- Conduct competitive research to identify brands strengths and weaknesses
- Design promotional campaigns for new products and markets
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges
Qualifications
- Strong creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills
- Experience in developing brand strategies
- Excellent writing and research skills
- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with design and digital platforms
- Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field
