    The Senior Network Administrator will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization’s network infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of networking concepts, hands-on experience with network hardware and software, and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues effectively. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our network environment.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Design and implement network architecture to meet the organization’s current and future needs.
    Configure and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
    Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
    Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems, to protect against cyber threats.
    Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and inventory records.
    Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network infrastructure with existing systems and applications.
    Evaluate new networking technologies and make recommendations for network enhancements and upgrades.
    Provide technical support and guidance to junior network administrators and other IT staff.
    Participate in on-call rotation and respond to network emergencies outside of regular business hours, as needed.
    Skill, experience and qualifications required:

    Minimum of 3 years of experience as a network administrator or in a similar role.
    Solid understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
    Experience with network hardware and software, such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.
    Strong knowledge of network security best practices and tools.
    Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    Industry certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent, are preferred.
